I want to wish you the happiest of holidays, no matter which one you celebrate. Congrats to my brother, Brian, on the new addition to the family. Also, congratulations to my e-commerce marketing students at NYU, who finished another semester – one closer to their graduate degree. It was another amazing semester, and as I told them on Thursday, I learn as much from them as I hope they do from me.

Invest in your people. Give them more — time, knowledge, freedom, etc. — and they’ll produce greater results.
